Pre-Purchase Consultation–We always recommend a professional home inspection before purchasing a home. This should be done by a licensed contractor or home inspector. In addition to this inspection, we can walk through the home with you and give you some remodeling ideas and advice.
Design of your Interior and Exterior–We can help you with space planning, furniture placement, color choices, and material selection for both interiors and exteriors.
Additions–Proper planning is the key to a successful addition. From the start, we will work with you to make sure your plans suit your needs–from incorporating your current furniture into your new layout, to ensuring that the addition becomes a natural and integral part of your home. We can review and critique your existing floor plan, or develop one for you.
New Construction–Planning construction of a new house requires a careful consideration of form and function. Before you break ground, we will make sure that you are starting with a floor plan that works best for your lifestyle. We can help you by graphically placing your furniture into your floor plan; looking at the building proportions and non-structural details of your design; and recommending changes to enhance the layout. We can also help you develop you floor plans and elevations from scratch.
Project Management–Don’t have time to deal with contractors? Let The Craftsmen do it for you. We can help you review your bids and select your contractor. We can provide an on-site presence, help with “in the field” decisions, and shop for your materials. Essentially, we serve as another set of trained eyes for you.
